    269 Deer Valley Drive, one side of a duplex with a fabulous location: one mile from Deer Valley Resort, walking distance to Park City's historic Main Street, and a block from the transit center for the free citywide shuttle system.

    This 3-bedroom/3-bath unit features a private hot tub, gas fireplace in the living room, a washer/dryer, garage, and mountain views.     Located directly on the citywide shuttle route, this 4-bedroom/3.5-bath townhome features a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, dining area and living room with fireplace and slate floors. All four bedrooms are upstairs, and include two master suites with private baths. Bedding includes a king in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, queen in the third bedroom, queen in the fourth bedroom, and two queen sofa sleepers in the living room.
