Lenzerheide-Valbella is a spa resort that lies at the top of the pass between Chur and Tiefencastel in eastern Switzerland.
The ski area with nearly 100 miles of lift linked trails also claims to have some of the most modern lift infrastructure in Switzerland. The skiing is interesting with the area split up on both east and west sides of the valley. The east-facing Danis has a top elevation of 2323m and has the majority of the slopes and a lot more variety. Lenzerheide-Valbella has a total of 155km alpine pistes as well as more than 50km of cross country tracks.
Lenzerheide has numerous hotels and there are several busy bars. It also has several restaurants serving a variety of cuisine. The Hotels are built in the traditional Swiss style and their setting is stunning with lake, woodland and mountain views.
