Area Profile

The village of Cerkno is linked by ski bus to the wooded  slopes of Crni Vrh where there is skiing for all abilities.

The best accommodation in the area is at the Cerkno hotel, which has a gymnasium and indoor pool on site with thermal waters heated at 32ºC. The area has some of the best ski facilities in Slovenia including a six-seater chair installed for the 2000 season.
