Area Profile
Located in the westernmost and highest part of the Pohorje mountain range. Pine forests that hide Pohorje’s hardy mountain farms stretch right to the peaks, and the alpine meadows become outstanding ski slopes in winter.
Snow covers the meadows as early as November and disappears only in late spring. The longest trail is 1,400m long and drops 500m in altitude.
