Resort Overview

Area Profile

Courmayeur is on the Italian side of Mont Blanc and is also a part of the Aosta Valley. The village itself is very traditional and have hardly if any concrete buildings in the village itself. How ever on the outskirts of town there are a few four star hotels and other buildings that planners have allowed to go ahead.

The skiing itself is fantastic for skiers of all skill levels and there are also a few black (expert) runs to challenge you. In Courmayeur alone there is 7 hectares of snow making and 40 hectares of skiable terrain with a  longest run of 10km!
