Sun Valley is a world class ski resort and very popular for skiers from all over the world. Situated just 2 hours from Boise, it has been a favorite destination for many years.
Set in over 2000 acres and 75 ski runs, wether your beginner, intermediate or advanced, there will be plenty of slopes to try with the longest run being 3 miles and a vertical drop of 3,400 feet.
Sun Valley does tend to be very pricey so a definite must for people who love skiing as it is known to be one of the best. It does not have many trees on the trails but has plenty of bowls to make it challenging.
Guests can head off to lots of bars and resturants int he evening after their time on the slopes.
