Siglufjörour is a quiet town located on the North coast. Accommodation consists mostly of sleeping bags how ever there is more comfortable lodging in the town which is located 3km away from the ski centre.
In the area there are cafes, shops and restaurants as well as swimming baths, a meuseum and other facilities to keep the family busy. Skiing itself in Siglufjörour is fantastic for beginners but there are many more challenging runs for enthusiasts and fast learners!
