Area Profile

Oberstdorf is one of Germany's best known resorts and not to mention also one of the largest! The longest run being 7.5km and largest vertical drop of 1409 metres, there is definitely something for everyone! with a fifth of its runs for beginners, and over half for intermediates; Oberstdorf is packed year round with families from all over the world.

The resort has 28 lifts in total, which includes two high speed quads. In the surrounding areas there are also many alternatives to skiing, with activities for the whole family. The Skip jumping world cup is also held here annually.
