Area Profile

La Plagne is an ideal place for a long family holiday, with 10 different bases, six of which were purpose built (the others traditional); there really is something for everybody. With over 100 lifts, many of which including quads and high speed sixes - there is a wide choice of runs and skiable terrain available.

Snowboarding is also very popular in La Plagne with 5 parks and a half pipe! The venues runs are split for all abilities making it perfect for the fast learners and enthusiasts.

The night life in La Plagne is definitely alive, with 8 night clubs, 6 discos and 6 cinemas there is always something to keep you busy be it day or night! There are child care services available for ages 10 months to 6 years. There are also a choice of two ski schools for ages 3 and up. As well as the night life there is also around 93 restaurants on and off the mountain and approximately 100 shops for all of those shopaholics!
