Area Profile

Font Romeu is the highest town in France sitting at 1550 metres. The resort benefits over 3000 hours of sunshine yearly which is more than the Rockies! Due to the amount of sunshine the resort has also invested in snowmaking equipment and has half of its slopes covered by canons.

The runs are based mainly on beginners and intermediates, not being very long in length and is easy terrain to ski on. How ever Font Romeu has signed up with the Les Neiges Catalanes Pass, giving access to even more ski resorts such as Eyne, Les Angles, Err Puigmal and even more.
