Olympic skiers, past and present, train at this resort each day. With an elevation of 7,136ft, skiers will be able to enjoy their time at this resort with a vertical drop of 440ft. The ski season at Howelsen Hill is open from early December through to the end of March, making this a great location for families looking to get away for a winter vacation.
It is one of the longest running resorts, opening in 1915, and has the largest copmplete natural ski jumping complex in North America.
