Area Profile
Durango mountain resort is located in the southwest of colorad, just 25 miles form the town of Durango. Set over 1,200 acres, the resort has over half of its 85 ski runs dedicated to intermediate skiers.
A great location for skiers of all abilities to enjoy the slopes that have an annual snow fall of 260 inches.
Families are welcome at this resort with a babysitter if you need one, and also home to a beginners terrain park for the less experienced skiers.
The ski season in Durango starts in November and goes through to April.
