Copper Mountain is located just 70 miles from Denver in Summit County.
This resort mainly caters for advanced skiers with over half of the trails dedicated to them. The ski season runs from November to early May and is well known for being very windy.
Copper Mountain boasts 125 ski trails operated by 23 lifts, also having an annual snow fall of 280 inches. Summit elevation of 12,313ft and a vertical drop of 2,601ft, an ideal location for all skiing abilities to start their holidays. There are plenty of bars and resturants to attend in the evenings all within a short walk of each other.
