Area Profile

Silver Star ski resort is located in Okanagen Valley which is in the South of British Columbia. This is the fourth largest ski resort in Britush Columbia and has an average of 6m of snow each year.

Silver Star is home to two mountain faces Vance Creek and Putman Creek - this resort is also the training ground for the Canadian Cross Country Ski Team. 20% of this resort is made up for beginners but ideal for intermediates who have around 50% of the slopes, there are 60 black trails for the more advanced skier. Perfect location for all the fmaily with activities on and off the slopes, bars, resturants and shops make up this resort with child care and a "kids night out" once a week.
