Mt. Baw Baw
Mt. Baw Baw is about 120km east of Melbourne and 50 km north of the Latrobe Valley. With 15 ski trails and 7 lifts, there are about 30 hectares of mainly beginner and intermediate ski runs. Its inviting environment is enhanced by the large number of club lodges spread through the gum trees, resulting in a friendly family feel to the whole resort.
The resort village is located at the bottom of the lifts, offering ski in - ski out access. The downhill runs are accompanied by cross country tracks offering access to other parts of the Baw Baw plateau.
Snow season is typically from July to the end of September.
Mt Baw Baw offers uncroweded slopes, friendly staff, and short lift queues, along with home trails that allow an easy return to the village.
