Lake Louise is one of the biggest ski resorts in Canada, with connection to Sunshine Village and Mount Norquay they make up Banff ski area.
The season runs from November to May and has huge amounts of snow plus access to Canada's biggest snow making system.
Lake Louise is made up of 4 mountain faces making it easy to folow the sun all day from where ever you are. A fantastic resort for beginners as it has 36 easy runs and a green run from the top of each lift so beginners can also take in the scenery. Although Lake Louise has more terrain for advanced skiers, there are still plenty of terrains for beginners and intermediates.
Lake Louise has many activities on and off the slopes, these include ice fishing, sleigh rides, dog-sledding and ice skating. The resort also caters for children with child care facilities. There are 17 resturants at this resort, 4 of these are on the mountains, also plenty of bars to attend in the evening away from the slopes.
